At Think Like a Pony South West, our mission is to transform lives — both pony and human — through compassionate, relationship-based horsemanship. We rehab ponies, nurture children's growth, and build lasting connections that change futures.
Every pony's care, fully in our hands
Every pony in our care receives dedicated rehabilitation — from specialised feeding, footcare, and dentistry to gentle training that rebuilds their confidence. These costs are currently covered entirely by our own resources and donations from the public.
Some of the ponies who start in our rehab programme later form the heart of our Holistic Riding School, supporting children's emotional, physical, and social development through every lesson. Others need quieter, one-to-one homes, and we find them families who will continue their healing through the Think Like a Pony approach.
